Conscious Connected Breathwork Circle & Ceremony - Liverpool

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a dynamic (usually opened mouth) connected breathing technique. there are no pauses between the active in breath and the passive out breath and we breathe to music, either lying down or sitting up. 

 It is an activating breathing technique which can help with trauma release, emotional expression, and nervous system recalibration. The breath contains powerful medicine, and has its own wisdom. 

It is not an everyday practice, nor is it for everyone, but the effects of a Conscious Connected Breathwork Session can be transformational.

​It can have a variety of benefits, from increasing  feelings of vitality  ecstatic awareness and joy, to supporting the breathwork participant in moving through the deeper and often more difficult emotions such as sadness, grief, anger or fear etc.

​

We will be holding a Circle and Ceremonial space for Breathing and Sharing, Monthly, at Ullet Rd Church, beginning on Sunday 1st October 2023. You are invited to come along, drop down breathe and connect your breath, yourself and others, as we co-create a space for co-creation, community, connection.
